The MDT company dancers join the Minnesota Chorale, acclaimed vocalists Anthony Potts, Linh Kauffman, and Gary Ruschman, and musicians Bob Adney, Barbara Brooks, David Hagedorn, and Tom Linker for an electrifying dance and musical performance set to Carl Orff's brilliant score. Drawing inspiration from the silent songs of the 13th century vagrant monk's poetic homage to passion, Carmina Burana brings the earthly rumblings of love and lust, mixed with the human pangs of fortune and fate, to a fully expressive celebration in a hedonistic romp of bodies, music, and movement.
